2. How can an institution become affiliated with Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan?

To obtain affiliation, the institution must complete the affiliation form and submit it to Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan along with the required documents. The application is reviewed, and once all applicable requirements have been fulfilled, the affiliation process is completed.

3. Where can the affiliation form be obtained?

4. What documents are required for affiliation?

The following documents are required for affiliation: • Photograph of the Muhtamim (Head of the Institution). • Copy of the Muhtamim’s CNIC. • Land/property documents of the institution. • Complete information about an administrative committee consisting of at least four members. In addition, the following information must be provided in the E-Form: • Basic information about the Muhtamim. • Complete information about the institution. • Information about the teaching staff. • Details of students receiving Shariah/religious and contemporary education.

5. Is contemporary education mandatory for initial affiliation?

Contemporary education is not mandatory for initial affiliation. However, in line with the comprehensive educational vision of Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan, affiliated institutions are encouraged to introduce contemporary education gradually.

6. Can newly established seminaries also obtain affiliation?

Yes. Newly established seminaries can obtain affiliation with Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan after fulfilling the required conditions and submitting the necessary documentation.

7. Can a mosque alone be affiliated?

No. A mosque alone cannot be affiliated. However, if a functioning religious seminary or Jamia is operating alongside the mosque, that institution may be affiliated.

8. Can institutes established outside Pakistan obtain affiliation?

Yes. Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan also provides affiliation, subject to applicable rules and regulations, to religious seminaries and Jamias established in countries other than Pakistan.

9. Where should the affiliation fee be deposited?

10. How long does the affiliation process take?
