1- An application on a given format duly endorsed by provincial president/provincial Nazim/district coordinator will be submitted for registration with Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan.

2- Provincial president/ provincial Nazim/ provincial coordinator will be responsible to ascertain and ensure the compliance with the terms and conditions of registration/accreditation.

3- The final authority to grant accreditation to a religious seminary/educational institution will lie with the central office of Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan.

4- A religious seminary found involved in an extremist, violent, sectarian activity will not be eligible for registration. If any registered institution is found involved will cease to hold the accreditation.

5- A religious seminary that is involved in immoral and illegal activities will also not be able to apply for accreditation. An existing member if found to be involved will have its registration withdrawn.

6- Every religious seminary/institution will be under obligation to deposit all prescribed dues such as registration fee, annual extension fee, and examination fee.

7- After the verification by the Secretary Finance, the annual extension certificate will be issued.

8- It will be mandatory for the accredited institution/religious seminary to abide by and act upon the aims and objectives given in the constitution of Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan.

9- Women Madaris will also be eligible for accreditation with Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan.
